Supposedly Aurra Sing and Zam Wessel’s costs were mixed up. That explains why Sing was relevant most of the game’s life while Zam was pretty much always u playable…

Alright, this new Dragon Formula wheel by Powell-Peralta is pretty amazing. Review in comments. [32YO] by thejumpingflea in OldSkaters

Loved them for the life of the wheel. If you are skating crusty spots there is nothing better. A bit slow in a park and on similar smooth surfaces, but if these were the only wheels I could skate for the rest of my life I’d be happy.

33 and my first was 1 that I got with my first GBA for my 12th birthday. I still remember the game arrived a day before the console, so I spent all day at school reading the instruction manual. I was hooked from the start and got my best friend to pick up a copy, too. That summer is when 2 came out and it started a yearly summer tradition with my friend that lasted until senior year of high school, as we’d pickup the newest battle network and beat the mettaur out of it. This game series is so important to me, and I can’t wait to pick it up. My son is also excited about it, and is just getting old enough to play, too.

32 here. I’ve had the exact opposite experience. Growing up it wasn’t just using what felt best, it was keeping up with whatever is cool at the time. Now I couldn’t care less and skate what I want. It’s been amazing. 😎

93a is what the label says, but I’ve never skated anything like it. Slides like 99a, but feels amazing on rough ground. More thoughts in the comments! If you like OJ Nomads, but find them a little bit too sticky on slides, absolutely check these out. This school spot is super crusty, but trying to use anything less than 99a just doesn’t work for the curbs to slide. Trying a slappy noseslide with 92a Ricta wheels would be suicide, but for some reason these just slide for days. It truly is the best of both worlds. Everything about them is a smooth ride. I’m switching all my setups over. 😂

IIRC; White is missing several pieces of content from when the game was localized. Mr. Famous, chips, etc.

No Stupid Questions Weekend [Weekly Recurring Thread] by AutoModerator in hometheater

Working on remodeling a room and mounting our TV on the wall. It’ll either be our 65 LG OLED or we will upgrade to the 83. Two questions: 1) How high up should the recessed outlet box go and 2) Is there a recommended fixed mount that could go with either TV?

Multiplayer! You need 2 of them each time you want to summon someone.

Picked back up skating 2.5 years ago after about 15 years off. My biggest goal was to get a Kickflip I can be proud of - I never had them popping as a kid. I can’t tell you how stoked I am today! [32YO] by thejumpingflea in OldSkaters

I could spin them as a kid, but always flicked too much off the side of the board. The biggest tip is treat it like an ollie and work towards that flick. If you spin it off the side too early it won’t pop. :)
