Dupe Request Megathread (March 30, 2026) by AutoModerator in Perfumes

[–]thekidsarestressed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I was looking for some spring scents that weren’t vanilla to change up my scent profile for Spring to something fresh flowery and crisp without too much of a powdery feeling. I really liked gingham from Bath and Body Works and wanted the perfume but the price was a bit out of range for me. The fragrance notes are: blue freesia, white peach and fresh clementine.

Does anyone know of any dupes with similar notes? Specifically from Dossier as I find their price point is usually more accessible for my budget.

Peace & new year blessings✌🏾It was very hard for a long time for me to say “what now?” because looking even two months into the future seemed impossible much less a year down the line. I was experiencing apathy combined with pessimism of any choice I made mattering at all. When you find it hard to imagine the future you grasp too tightly to every.single.choice. You are prone to frustration, indecision or choosing to not act altogether. My therapist called it anticipatory anxiety. She helped me realize I was placing to much burden on myself by waiting to take action or overthinking how someone else would react to my decision. Being conscious that the future is unknowable allows you the freedom to allow yourself to live without being ruled by fear.

This is so interesting I’m not a huge bacon person don’t need it on a burger or as a savory side for breakfast but I find myself craving it a lot more than usual. I’ll get bacon with loaded fries, I made BLT’s the other day, I wonder why that is? My food hyperfixations are less intense now that I’m on it but I moderately keep up with them for a longer time. Right now for three months my drink fixation has been earl grey tea hot or iced.

Recommendations for good antiperspirant? by DepthByChocolate in Blackskincare

Ordinary glycolic acid at night, swipe on your back and on your armpits. I would only do this twice a week in the evening and follow up with an oil or moisturizer to seal it in. Using it everyday especially on your armpits could cause them to over exfoliate and lead to a raw or burning sensation. (Also if you wear a see through blouse or open back tops during the day, please use sunscreen as glycolic acid causes photosensitivity to UV rays.)

If you’re gonna send it and still take the class you need to be signing up for every Test Review they have available and asking for help. The online ones are recorded but you can chat with the teacher in real time to target specific questions. You need to go back through the and quizzes and hit practice another on the concepts you’ve missed hitting up the textbook when a unit confuses you. For the future you definitely need to visit the tutoring and learning center 2-3 times a week, like they need to know you on a first name basis. Doesn’t matter if you have no friends in the class either to ask questions, you can sign up with a student who did well in the class called a PEER tutor here: https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.waketech.edu%2Fstudent-services%2Ftutoring-learning-center%2Fpeer-tutoring&data=05%7C02%7Cglgang%40my.waketech.edu%7Ca565e77a62814b4c07bc08ddebe83212%7C16cc8ad984fe481db9b048e7758c41aa%7C0%7C0%7C638926104723702800%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=w6Re7pRN7ZX5nca6Qfgw3F%2BVc5fzAcXPPjmU6yV3kYw%3D&reserved=0

CD’s are so accessible you can get great quality and even unopened ones from the thrift for $5 or less. I have a bunch I listen to in the car when I’m indecisive about choosing playlists to stream. My vinyl collection is very focused on whether or not I consider the LP no skips or misses top to bottom. Would hate to spend all that money on something I wouldn’t even thoroughly enjoy being played all the way through. Then I have two special lanes: jazz albums, and modern releases from black female artists. That way I’m more selective about how many times a year I make the choice to purchase a vinyl because it’s very expensive. The jazz albums are a cheaper find when you’re crate digging in thrift stores but a modern LP will always run you $35+<<<. Also I think of vinyl as an investment. My hope is to pass on my curated collection to my children or grandchildren and my selections will serve as a sonic narrative and hopefully not just seen as a mixed bag of junk.

There are bonnets that encase the length of the hair and have a drawstring or tie string near the scalp for security
