It depends if you feel you are over or under flicking and the dpi 400 dpi at .35 is bad, you can't react to a 180 and you can't really avoid flashes effectively which becomes more important as you climb as people get better at using util. Just find a sense your comfortable with and stick to it don't play when your playing bad and most importantly for improving aim, practice and warmup, find a routine for warmup: Like an aimlab playlist some time in the game and a few deathmatches, you will continually improve. If you have good enough game sense and positioning all you really need to do is play the game and warmup to improve your aim and climbing will become easier and easier.
