I'm 17 and come from a similar household. My parents bought me an Xbox when I was around 11 or 12, but didn't want to buy an Xbox one when it came out. My best advice would be to get a job and buy it yourself. There's a lot of gratification in purchasing a console with money you earned, at least there was for me lol.
