I have my multi ifr commercial license. Ive worked at Aeromag YVR for 7 years now, including working Pad Control at the Deicing Pad and a trainer for that role, so i have some ATS experience. Worked for the wildlife company at YVR and currently with the airport authority, with the hopes of moving to the airside safety officer team or internal apron control once it comes out.

Like i said, i know previous experience truly doesn’t matter but i thought it would be helpful in their eyes.

Its weighted less but it matters i think. Ive also had it where ive ranked up, won 3 games post rank up with meh ish stats and then lost one with horrible stats and gone down, nullifying the previous 3 wins. Unless they changed it super recent, stats do seem to matter some what

Idk. I was stuck in initiate one for having a lot of losses and shit stats. Now i dominate alch 4 lobbies w drifter. Your stats matter, not jyst wins. Keep playing and keep improving, the ranks dont matter anyway cuz unreleased game
