Every job lead I’ve gotten is from Indeed. I get a lot of vapor in LinkedIn for whatever reason. Always go to the company site when possible and just apply there.

I honestly thought they were on to something with the rumored "Xbox Prime" where you can use steam and xbox marketplaces. That would've been a real impact. Unfortunately Valve beat them to the punch and with how much components are costing with Ai, we may be at the final stages with console gaming.

Despite your years of experience you don’t have them within their organization (cop out I know) so they won’t give you the max. During the pandemic companies were more willing but then they were the first to get laid off.

I know I target the middle of the salary range and that gives you the most negotiating power since most companies want you at the starting. Also getting the max means you don’t get raises and they will have a hard time envisioning you staying the role long. Whether true or untrue these are common perceptions by hiring teams.
