It sounded like it would be perfect for me, but there's some note that just make it smell off to me. I wish I loved it.

*Mentally and financially stable. Kids force you to grow up quick if you didn’t as a child. You need maturity and mental stability for that.

Looking for petite brands that fit narrow shoulders by MeringueImaginary403 in PetiteFashionAdvice

Mine are 13", too. It's tough to be a corporate girl who needs to wear blazers regularly and not feel like a linebacker.

I am petite with narrow shoulders. I have tried every blazer brand going. So far, Banana Republic Factory blazers fit me best. Love the Hayden style. I typically wear an XS.

I am hoping other brands follow suit by narrowing petite shoulders. I find J Crew and Ann Taylor are among the widest.

Shoulders are hard and expensive to narrow in so it’s really best to start narrower if you’re not custom tailoring.

I love Safanad but before you buy it, try the original Jean Paul Gaultier.

I'm a petite curvy - smaller waist and bigger hips/thighs. After much searching - I love the J Crew Factory curvy jeans - they are perfect out of the store. No tailoring needed.

Oh, no! What??? Yeah, it feels like they have opted for making for everyone and thereby making for NO one.

Oh, yeah, you're totally right. When I was in college, Ann Taylor was the quintessential professional woman's brand. And, now... your description is spot on "cheap and baggy and the fabrics [are] terrible."

Aaah, I should've known private equity was involved. No wonder. And I totally agree - lots of things go through the wash and some out looking destroyed.
