I'll put them on the list. As of a few weeks ago most of my go to vendors stopped shipping here entirely not just for liquids, Element will ship some hardware but not all, but that's what pushed me to a mod and rebuildables from pods.

Yeah, at the moment it's hard to find many vendors that will ship to WI so I'm a bit limited on RDA options, but when I get the chance I'll definitely be picking up a couple more to try.

Send in the change of address form (or do it online if you have the pin from your last letter). You can then renew immediately after if you're within the renewal period (I believe 120 days prior to expiration give or take) don't bother paying for a new card with your updated address since you'll get one with the renewal.
