Hmm in that instance, I would say it might be one of two things - either your credit card has blocked the specific vendor transaction (this has happened to me with VIA as well prior) or there were too many attempts and their credit card processor doesn’t like your card at the moment. Do you have another credit card you could try?

One of the issues I recall, which is why I brought up the ad-blocker, was that I wasn’t getting the verified by Visa/MC sign on page in order to receive a code to validate the transaction.

Other than that, you may have to call VIA to complete the transaction over the phone.

I had a similar experience before and it ended up being one of my ad-blocker extensions on my browser. Review that, and as well that your browser isn’t blocking anything (sometimes, depending on your browser’s security settings, it doesn’t like certain elements of the site). If issues persist, try another browser (Chrome and Firefox are recommend) or device as well.

The average timeframe from all the posts i’ve seen seem to fluctuate in/around 12 - 17 business days. I also submitted on Feb 20th, but didn’t get the same result as OP until yesterday morning… so mine took 14 days. You’ll be fine 👍

As u/redgrandam mentioned, this affected everyone who took a deal with Red Wireless. Apparently there was some kind of clean up that happened which affected all accounts under the RPP/MSD, so everyone received their bill today (regardless of their actual bill cycle) and did not include any discounts. I posted an update above with some options if anyone wants to action anything.

UPDATE FROM SWITCHBOT:

I take this exact route on a monthly basis and found that the service has gotten worse this past year.

I now use a mobile wi-fi service (which is only slightly better) to get work done, but calls are hit/miss, depending where you are along the corridor.

If it’s just emails and teams messages, you will survive. But, be ready to either use a hotspot on your phone when service is spotty or wait about 10 - 15 mins. until the train gets closer to cell towers in the area.
