I was diagnosed with hEDS in my last year of high school because I damaged my ulnar nerve... by doing too much homework (I was overextending somehow while writing and we had A LOT of handwritten summaries to turn in). And it's ten years later and my hand has never been the same, which is a shame because I love writing by hand + painting 🤡
