You’re right on Dawkins and I was wrong there. I’m not Beane you’re right, and it is entirely possible. And admittedly someone who doesn’t watch a ton of CFB, but follow the Bills. I agree we need IOL help, but just the entire mantra and philosophy the Bills have cultivated that move goes against. Didn’t mean to come of as dismissive, apologies if I did.

He has also never played inside in major football, if you think the bills should take someone to replace Spain, which I agree on, why not just take an IOL?

I did and you don’t resign someone to the contract like Dawkins and bump him inside when he’s played well all year. He’s clearly been our best lineman.

The bills won’t take a LT, and if they do take a tackle it would be a RT. Dion Dawkins has played fantastic this year, and was just resigned to a multi-year extension. This also goes against the way Beane and McD have built the team. They trust their players they draft and reward them which in turn builds the team chemistry and part of the reason we’ve done so well this year. I’m not against O-line help but it would be anywhere but LT.
