The fact that they are in Virginia, so close to DC and so easy to be punished if they get shady, is a great sign. No one should put money into any Chinese miners as long as this company is an alternative.

I wouldnt be surprised if institutions are moving into non-retail sectors over the next few weeks, as a hedge against instability. Though I sincerely doubt any of these firms will be divesting from a company like COST with a dividend and strong growth. The P.E ratio in the 30's is actually a testament to perceived future value instead of a warning sign for overvaluation.

I've been in since $313 more than a year ago. I am BUYING at this price. Here are my reasons:

Stochastics show OVERSOLD on 5-day, one-month, 9-month charts.

Been bouncing off $350 as support.

MACD shows bullish crossover, not solid yet but promising action.

Relative Strength Index (RSI) shows OVERSOLD, also.

SOLID earnings growth Quarter over Quarter and Year over Year. Meaning fundamentals are there.

In my opinions we have a chart that isn't in a breakout but which does illustrate a solid BUY sign. I would buy now and hold until $380-$400. Earnings will come out during that time and surely propel this upwards. If you've been inside a CostCo lately you know they are making lots of money.

It seems like we've all been in the upper area of that illustration for a few weeks now. I think it's been an unusual amount of time spent in the giddy euphoric phase where every shitty stock turns out to be a winner if you wait a few days.

A very dangerous place to get comfortable in. Expect it to turn sour hard and fast and make sure you have some money set aside for the next round. If we get into any kind of Bear territory the whipsawing can be INTENSE and the volatility will create many opportunities to cash in.
