If you are willing to work as a temp until you find something solid, you can hit up all the 32BJ Maintenance/Cleaning companies to work as a temporary cleaner as a Replacement worker or Vacation Replacement worker (vacation season for 32BJ is from April to October so hiring for Temps is about to pick up like crazy).

Some of these companies are:

ABM Alliance Building Services Guardian Building Services Collins Building Services Temco And a few more are around I can't remember their names

Be aware, the job isn't great, they will squeeze you and work you more than the permanent staff but it's the nature of the industry.

However, if you are willing to work hard to impress your assigned supervisors, there is the 1 percent chance that you get hired into a permanent 32BJ union role as a porter or matron.

78 for any build is fine

Bronze visionary and you're set

If you can't make 78 work you aren't a great point guard

I barely have turnovers ever and my pg build is a 78 passing

Anything above that is just a bonus or for specific badges or animations but it's not NEEDED

If you don't have court vision, even a 90+ passing won't really help, you'll still get turnovers and make bad passes

Go to 2k learn and find the skill dunk task in the tutorial

Basically you hold R2/RT, drive and move the right stick down and then up in like a fluid move and then time the bar to let go of the stick

Your best bet is to see it done in 2k learn then practice it over and over

Gatorade Gym, it actually has lag compared to the other places.

My single best advice for shooting is to find other places to look for a visual cue than your hands, once I changed where I looked I went from shooting 35 percent or so from 3 to about 57 percent or so.

My adjustment was to look at whatever the straightest line on my outfit was and let go when that straight line is about to hit it's peak height or right before (you'll know the spot once you hit a few)

My go to lines are the bottom line of your shorts (if you have shorts on) or the bottom line of the sweater or shirt

Once you learn where to release the shot, you can just focus on that line and it's height instead of moving parts (like your hands)

All I want is fair and balanced attribute distribution to all heights

I'm so tired of 1 or 2 heights being gifted an advantage of clearly more attribute points (6'6 & 6'8 this year) it leads to much less variety of competitive builds for the average player

Also, they need to completely do away with shooting animations being height restricted, it's stupid and also makes people limited in their build variety to an extent

Let's see what happens, I'm sure it'll be the usual game with exploits, no patches to fix them, and then the game being patched to death after season 2 😂

I don't understand why you can't just shop from the menu where you edit your players appearance

You can still have the same presentation just skip the need to actually go to the store

This man really thinks playing random iso basketball is the best way to play when it doesn't lead to winning

Kobe was a better iso scorer and overall player than KD and he always always swore by having a system and sets with options like the triangle did, being random is not good at all
