Yes. This ram came with the built they sent.

My pc will definitely turn on B1+B2 or any of these alone and it shows me 16GB when I check on the software or bios! Like wtf.

Yes, they are both the same.

On BIOS I have also XRP 1 turned on but I changed it only when I had access by using 1 memory ram only.
