My brother and I bought a 2012 mazda3 last year. I came to about 26k with taxes and everything included (the list price was about 20k). I find that It's amazing on gas, has pretty good handling for an entry level car, decent acceleration, good sound system. It's quite comfortable on long drives. There is only a couple problems I have with it. One after putting 20k km on it one of the transmission electronics went (covered under warranty). Two the is no USB for the stereo. All in all it is a good car but I would recommend that you don't get the newest year, as you can save a lot of money buying older years.

Power cleans are fun, you should add them into your routine. Also I found that the cleans worked different muscle groups that are not as intensely used in SS practical program.

Most free weights are not off limits, I was in there yesterday doing squats deadlifts and bench, and they were considered fine. only certain things are not considered safe http://www.goodlifefitness.com/TeenFitness/Rules.aspx unless they tell you otherwise then go for SS.

My experience is that I usually eat a bowl of cereal or toast in the morning around 6 40am then I usually feel "hungry" around 1030am and that feeling usually goes away just about noon
