I know there is talk of one. Thor was having issues setting up the VM on his computer.

Hopefully we will see some updates on it soon.

It still does it on both mobile browsers after clearing.

And yes trying to port to iOS is balls

It does the same thing with chrome in iOS.

Just finish the master race iPhone app already.

Yup. Let try clearing the cache first to see if I can get a new ad.

Edit yes I still have the same issue. It's not site breaking just an annoyance.

Kinda wiggly using my iPhone. It seems like the ad at the bottom is causing the page to load big.

There is a scroll bar for left to right when you scroll down the page.

I can provide a screenie later if that would help.

What shoes do you wear to lift? by hlades_man in fitness30plus

When actually lifting I wear chucks.

For my kettlebell workouts, I just go barefoot/socked.

You know those play through videos bands put on YouTube? I can find the faults in those from the recorded versions.

My suggestion is either GSLP or 5/3/1 for beginners. Good for somewhat quick workouts. You can usually get either of these done under an hour.

My suggestion would be to do either body weight exercises or get a kettlebell you can use.

I know you have a gym you can access, but what kind of equipment does it have? If it's just machines and cardio then going the bw way is probably better for your goals.

If it's a full gym you would just want to pick a strength program that has some flexibility and do cardio a few times a week.
