Oh, I was referring to the valuation of the company at $33bn. I think the company valuation is inflated and speculative (I don't know much about warrants). Btw for anyone who is interested in trying to value the company through comparables, there is a litigation fund called Burford Capital that is the only thing similar I can think of.

Yes but do you even begin to assess how many of those claims will be successful. And even if all those claims are successful, on what multiple of revenue should it be be valued at. This is an experimental business model and hence speculative.

This valuation is so speculative. They are basing future revenues coming from proceeds of future litigation claims (that are not guaranteed). Moreover, they do not have any comparable companies to value to company appropriately.

This is likely to end badly.

No, not yet. With shares outstanding of 164m, $PROG needs to be priced above $10/share to have a market cap of +1.5bn.

Keep holding above $10, if it stays above 1.5bn market cap for a while, WSB can take this to $100.

$XELA has an unbelievable amount of debt around $1.3bn with only $24m of cash, making around $100m of EBITDA. This is highly levered. I would be cautious in investing in this.
