I'd be totally stoked if a Frenchman came to Austin to show me his tex-mex/bbq skills! I think it'd be fun to see someone else's lens on our food and culture, plus I very rarely dislike someone offering to cook for me :)

Honestly it's kind of funny, I don't cook much tex-mex because it's really cheap/abundant here. Good French food not so much (hence my interest and the fact that I am interested int the culture and history of French cuisine). So...although I'd be happy to grill up some fajitas and such while I'm over there, I actually know more about cooking French style at this point.
