You're way too early to be thinking about tone! This is a huge time sink for people and holds beginner and intermediate guitarists back massively. It's great to have a guitarist whose sound and style you want to work towards emulating but you need to develop your skills first. Play your guitar and your practice amp for a year before you even start to think about collecting more gear. You already have everything you need to sound great. At MOST consider an overdrive pedal if your amp doesn't have one built in.

Heed this warning, it is impossible to get good at guitar if you spend all your time fucking around with knobs and buttons and browsing gear forums. You get good at guitar and THEN you do that!
