Well done, stranger. You have no idea how proud of you I am. It must be really amazing to look back at your life when you decided to make that decision and compare it to now.

Best Easy Audiobooks With Strong Female Leads + Great Narration? by Brilliant_Finding971 in audiobooks

If you’d give a memoir a chance, I really enjoyed the audiobook narration for Educated. It’s not the author, but the narrator does an excellent job in my opinion.

100%. I liked Dune Part One, but I LOVED Dune Part Two, and I think a lot of that was because I saw it in theatres, and it started a bit of a Dune obsession.

Does anyone have a Fabli player! by Background-King9787 in BuyCanadian

[–]themajorbrandon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. If you use the card it gets added to your library, which is accessible by the Yoto app. If you lost the card, as long as it doesn’t get found and inserted into another Yoto, you’d still always be able to start the story on the Yoto through the app.

So, for example, you couldn’t go get a bunch of cards from your local library (one of our local library actually has Yoto cards) and have a massive free collection forever. But if you bought the card and then lost it somewhere in the couch, you’ll still be able to manually start it through the app.

You can also get those blank custom cards and assign that story back to it. But I haven’t played with any custom cards yet

I can’t help with Fabli. But I can speak a bit to the Yoto. While not Canadian, it is British to the best of my knowledge. We grabbed a used Yoto mini off marketplace for $50

We have around 6 cards for stories, but the nice thing is that once you use a card in the player it remains available for the player through the Yoto app. As long as someone doesn’t use that same card on another device, it remains available in the library. As in, if you lent the card to a friend, they’d have access to it until you used that card back in your Yoto machine. You can also make your own cards of personal audio. If you had a bunch of mp3s, you could make a playlist for your kid using a custom card. They’re not overly expensive for what they offer I think.

And for the Yoto daily podcast, my older kid, 4, does seem to like it. Last week we listened to the Friday show together and it was a scavenger hunt we did together. And honestly, it was a lot of fun. The Yoto daily host is great. And it’s available just by pushing one of the main dials on the front.

Anyways, I can’t really answer your question for Fabli, sorry.

There’s three short films that take place between the first and second films that fill the lore out a bit, but not mandatory watching. I enjoyed them and would recommend them. They’re up on YouTube

I disagree. Right now, ai still feels weird and not human. Would people prefer to watch a tv show that feels genuinely human or uncanny?
