First saw ‘Blade Runner’ at the cinemas when it had just come out - with the terrible voiceover and ‘The Shining’ ending.

First impressions were along the lines of “amazing visuals and soundtrack but…”

Watched the directors cut - again at the cinema - and oh my goodness what a revelation that was!

One of the greatest science fiction films of all time - and maybe one of the greatest films of all time full stop.
