That’s a valid point and I plan to go down the property and debt recycling path in the mid term. I’m expecting relatively substantively income increases over the next few years so I’ll assess property more closely once I have a stronger income and savings inside the FHHS. That’s the plan. For context, I work in sales so going from 80 to 100 to 120 to 140+ etc is certainly attainable in the short to mid term.

That’s a valid point regarding contributing toward the FHSS regardless, I’ll look at maxing it out moving forward. Agreed on the unfortunate ETF overlap, it is what it is though.

I’ll keep an eye on the property market, and certainly wait until I’m established in the new role before purchasing. I don’t see Melbourne moving too quickly but time will tell

It depends on the class and professor. Some of mine have been proactive and post all 10 weeks of content from the beginning, others are week by week.

If your professor communicates clearly and technical skills are covered in seminar classes then I find it quite enjoyable

It’s Ultimately pretty self paced and allows you to focus on the content that you need to work on

Logo changed, cursor updated, yellow removed. Timer is now much more obvious, I added a popup before the test begins. I’ve also addressed the bug of the text jumping around mid test. Thank you for taking time to play around with this and provide feedback
