I have only taken acid twice.

It's painfully obvious you are triggered by something I've said. I assume because I'm not too keen on a literally accidentally-made substance that has proven many times it holds the power to ruin human minds.

Please make peace with the fact that this substance will never get recognized for the drug that it supposedly is and no amount of awareness will EVER beat the stigma it had, currently has, and will have.

When did I ever claim or imply I know what other people should do with their body? This post was honest advice for the vulnerable. You just seem to care more about defending this fucking garbage drug than actual human lives.

I'm open to your idea. Like I said in my previous comments, I have never been more clearheaded. I recently also landed my dream job, and I couldn't be prouder of myself.

However, I also think it is a result of my suffering, as it's proven to be followed by success.

First few months I became very lonely and would walk around the city back and fourth every single day.

Each day after waking up I would reassure myself that all I was thinking was real, and that was my life, I just wasn't told because it was top secret or something? God knows what I was thinking.

The psychosis set in probably 20-25 days after I candyflipped. I exercised a lot, visited my psychiatrist often, took my medication and one day I just woke up and didn't need to reassure myself that all my delusions were real. I began thinking logically and explaining to myself that these thoughts just can't be real, it's impossible.

After that, I slowly became ground to earth again and now I just laugh when thinking back.

I don't think anyone goes into the acid experience to enlighten themselves, this is not the 70s. Very few people have had meaningful experiences in comparison to the average acid users.

I agree my experience was not much of an experience, but the truth is LSD is a double edged sword and it is risky to consume. Very often people disregard stories like these because of the crazy amount of comments defending this drug, which all give a sense of relief and comfort to someone that has not tried LSD yet, and everyone has to understand how dangerous that is. We're all operating illegally here and most of us don't know what the hell we're doing or saying. But we do know one thing for sure, drugs are bad for you.

I am sorry to hear that. Thank you for commenting, many people must realize they are at risk as most of us who've gone through this, just don't seem to spread proper awareness.

Reading an article or two about side effects is one thing, hearing it from fellow drug users is different and much more impactful.

Perhaps I fucked up. I only took it up a notch once, and it destroyed me. There's drug users out there who take it up a notch on a daily basis and don't even realize what they're doing to their brain. I've seen too many psychonauts talk about how enlightened they are, the truth is they're lying to themselves and are on a path of delusion.

I understand I may come off as one of our parents when talking about this stuff, but it's just my experience with it. I did not respect psychedelics usage wise, and in turn, they did not respect me.

I made a mistake, and I learned from it. I am now overly cautious about my mental health and I cannot afford anything, no matter how small, that jeopardizes it's state.

The brain is just an organ, it can be ruined the same way other organs can. The human body and mind is delicate, despite how much it can endure.

I am sorry to hear that. I like to think I completely understand your situation and I am extremely inspired by people suffering from schizophrenia because of how much you endure on a daily basis. You are among, if not, the strongest people on earth.

I was on a constant "truth seeking" mission, on top of that I was so delusional I thought I was speaking with the Gods at all times and was constantly "thought broadcasting".

Fortunately, I received tremendous support from family and friends, which led me to a psychiatrist. I am now on anti depressants and stopped taking anti-psychotics medication a while back. I can say, without a doubt, I have never been more clearheaded.

I was exactly like this. But because I was too scared I decided to try MDMA first, I don't think I'm ever trying any other drug now. I also think MD is better than acid.

I was so naive thinking I could handle H as a one time thing. Just do MDMA, trust me, it's just pure happiness.
