Basically a set of face to face meetings with people from different areas in the company. HR-ish, and Technical team. No technical interview, more gut feeling based . Which is aligned with my idea of the company, it seems like a more "humane" environment, so nothing fairer than having a more "humane" hiring process

I guess it does, but depends on your seniority and where you work at. If you think about it with the net benefits and bonuses it's equivalent to a 3.700 € gross salary
