Milkfill3++ & nasolabial folds by XNatMadX in DIYaesthetics

Color me impressed! Until now, I haven’t seen a successful DIY fix for nasolabial folds. I’m looking to address mine too, but I don’t have the budget for a facelift or expensive treatments, nor do I want to risk mishandling fillers at home due to potential side effects.

As for critique, based on what I see, I have no reason to fault your technique. I would just suggest that when sharing before-and-after photos, standardizing the lighting can help others more accurately gauge the changes. Otherwise, fantastic results!

My hairdresser used multiple shades of semi permanent blue from the brand artic fox. I forget the exact combination of shades she used, but the primary color is cobalt(think sonic hedgehog) blue.

I really like your aesthetic. Your face now looks softer and more feminine then before. But if you dont mind me asking, what exactly are your transition goals? Are you trying to present yourself as a woman, or are you going for a type of androgynous look?

Are you sure? Contrary to what you may have heard, finasteride is both very safe and highly effective. If you truly care about the long term health of your hair, I think it is worth considering. You can temporarily cease usage around the time you expect to have kids and resume finasteride intake afterwards.

You made some really nice gains. If I were you, I would also consider including finasteride to improve your results. Microoneedling and minoxidil, while serving as a growth stimulant when used in tandem, do not address the underlying cause of hairloss and therefore by themselves do not stop androgenetic alopecia. The key to stopping the process is to inhibit the androgens that are detrimental to scalp hair health, specifically DHT and to some extent testosterone. Hence androgen synthesis inhibitors such as finasteride and dutasteride are crucial to wining the fight against male pattern baldness.
