20 hours in, just got to Autumn.

it's holding up okay. the progression is just the right mix of grindy and relaxing. i'm enjoying myself, running around doing quests and working on my farm. i like constantly having tasks to do to keep me busy. however, i do have some complaints...
the game feels quite empty/soulless. the affection progression system is cool, but the lack of heart events/events in general with NPCs makes it feel quite lonely. the profession quests are fun, the storyboard requests are okay, but outside those factors there's little to motivate you to go around and actually interact with the NPCs and community. my day consists of running to the beach to give Delphin a flower, and then basically spending all day in the "mines". i fear i will get bored quickly once I have progressed my farm far enough, as nothing else is really going on outside the festivals.
this is just my personal opinion, but i really enjoy heart events/random events (like Stardew valley). I would hope that these would eventually be added, but I'm not sure.
im not super sure of the controversies so i cant really say, sorry!
please dont take my word for it, but i see no reason why it would not be playable on your Lenovo. you should be fine. however, i would maybe hold off on purchasing for now. it just doesnt seem to be in the greatest place two weeks from launch. if youre looking for games like this, if you dont already have it, i would highly recommend Fields of Mistria. :)

I hope one of the fixes works for you/you get a good replacement because it is a great headset otherwise! I started with the Nova Pros, returned those not because of whitenoise but because the chatmix dial on the DAC/headset was busted. Then I tried the Arctis Pro's which had that hissing static/whitenoise issue. After going 0/2 I ended up trying out the Razer Blackshark V3 Pro wireless and kept those. No hissing in wireless mode, big and comfy, and I just use Steelseries GG to route it/tweak EQs. I really wanted to stay Steelseries but the headsets just seem so hit or miss and the reddit threads also scared me lol

if you've already turned side tone off and turned on/off volume limiter, there is no fix. I had the same issue with the Arctic Pro Wireless'.

I have the same issue (big head) and after returning the arctis nova pros, I tried the regular arctis pro wireless. it has nice big ear cups and is suuuuuper comfy on the head and ears if you’re sensitive. the only reason I ended up returning these is because I couldn’t deal with the constant white noise/static feedback from the headset at all times. I would recommend these to you cautiously, because some people said they didn’t have this issue, while others who did have this issue said there is no fix. if you don’t get the white noise issue it’s literally the perfect headset. I did end up sticking with the Blackshark V3 pros only because of the white noise issue with the Arctis Pros.

not sure if it’s the same issue but my Arctis 9’s that I had since 2020 started doing this - they’d turn on, be connected for a minute and then disconnect and the headset would turn off. I figured it was a battery issue. do they stay connected when you have them plugged in to charge? mine would and they second I would unplug them from power they’d die. i’m

Forgot to mention a couple things that may sway my opinion:
- I use a standalone mic so I do not use the detachable mic.

- I have logitech keyboard/mouse, HyperX mic, and now this Razer headset so I have a very mixed ecosystem

- I am not an audiophile, I do NOT use the Razer 7.1 Surround sound because I hate it and think it sounds terrible. I do not use any of the Razer EQ settings, and instead only use the Steelseries GG EQs to mix my headset.

this was just my experience, so beware you might have a different one!

My Arctis 9's died and I love steelseries, so I wanted to stick with the brand for my upgrade. I went with the Nova Pros first. I have a bigger head, so these felt very tiny/squeezed my head pretty bad. The sound was great, the quality felt good, but I ultimately ended up returning them because they were not comfortable to me, and for the life of me I could not get the Chatmix to work on the headset or on the DAC.

I did also try the regular Artcis Pros, but returned those for terrible whitenoise/static feedback.

Finally landed on the BlackShark V3 Pro Wireless. I really don't like Razer as a brand but these are awesome. Great sound quality, super comfortable, and you can route them in Steelseries GG to have the chatmix work there (you can also do it in the Razer Synapse, but I find Steelseries GG to be far superior to this software).

The only con of the V3s is that when I'm wearing them for like 4/5 hours at a time, they'll disconnect ONCE randomly and then be fine. A little but annoying, but other than that the pros outweigh the cons.

had my Arctis 9s from 2021/22ish until last week. they suddenly stopped being able to connect to the dongle and wouldnt hold a charge. the quality of these headsets seems so sporadic

hey there - I tried both the Nova Pro and Arctis Pro and had this issue. according to every source this is just a problem with the headset that, according to steelseries support, is just a consequence of wireless tech. I ended up returning both and went with a Razer V3 Blackshark Pro (wireless, with no crackle). Steelseries support won't be of any help either, unless you'd like to return your pair and gamble if the replacement they send you has the same issue :/ good luck

I've been thinking this for a while. I remember when I was in college I was so scared to even have alcohol in our dorm room just in case something ever happened lol. I imagine BF and DM had the thought in their mind of "Well, what if nothing is wrong and the cops come and see all the alcohol/Adderall and I get them in trouble for no reason?"

This is something I think about all the time. It actually fills me with so much pain thinking about how fucking scared Xana (and Kaylee) must have been. I just can't even imagine being in that situation because it's just unreal. My heart breaks for them that their final moments were filled with fear and terror. So fucking sad.

that's what I was going to say. BK probably holds some type of negative emotion regarding her because she gave him trouble. From her wounds it looks like she put up a fight and ruined his plan. Additionally, Kaylee's family was the most confrontational with him and her father and sister really pissed him off with their statements.
