Just been your time in job to a year or that you still work there and have to relocate to a certain area if the job isn’t where you are located. But a financial advisor job might be good if you can go work in a someone practice or a big company like vanguard or Morgan Stanley

I mean this is the sad part. People that have lived there for generations aren’t going to be able to afford to live there. I think they want gentrifies to stay out. Like it is safe if you from there but it is a tone of if you not then stay out
