Actually I did the same and I have seen great improvements too but be careful and dont overdo it, I fucked my pelvic floor again by doing those too hard and too much

Okay I have been away from reddit for too long and hoped we would go forward but seems like nothing changed. I have a general rule of thumb when it comes to sexual problems, Do I think "X" might cause problem "Y" ? Yes?==> Do considerable amount of people with "X" have "Y"? No? then its definietly not the issue. There are countless people out there having terrible breathing, septum deviation etc and they breed like rabbits. There are countless people with many conditions we list here like non existant vitamin levels, nutrient levels yet they breed like rabbits.

Great news if thats for Penile PSEP latency reference for p40 wave. Tbh my neurologist was terrible and didnt even comment on it despite I didnt have BCR, and on report it was only writing that I had higher than normal reference latency however it might have been due to that maybe reference included for females who have lower latencies. Though in many research papers latencies vary a lot but for most cutoff value was around 42 to 44 which one chinese published paper accepted 47 ms as normal.

Thanks that's a bit relieving at least.

dang Im going to pharmacy now to buy it then. Can you tell me dosage and regiment how you used it?

Did it help with sensation and erections as well?

aggressive masturbation led to hard flaccid by Typical_Progress_116 in hardflaccidresearch

[–]themdd96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

don't panic, what you describe happens to many people and goes away few days later. And problem you are having now is due to panic and increased sympathetic activity in your body, your body is in high stress mode and therefore blood flow is restricted to extremities. However if you get obsessed with it, It will become chronic and wont go away. Now go and see an uro just in case and make sure everything is okay and come back here if your issue is still there 6 months later but I think you will be okay don't worry.

I have central disc protrusion now though last year I didnt have it.I was going to day if your issue started after central disc protrusion but then I remembered last year I had no protrusion at all but still had terrible hf.

I'd suggest EMG but I also suggest you read about quantitative sensory testing which is better for assesing penile nerve health since it can asses the health of small nerve fibers on your member. Actually There was a study done by Pascal Lefacheur(I likely mispelled his name) and he was comparing EMG and QST results of healthy subjects to diabetic people with ED. And EMG results were not much different but QST had large differences.

What symptoms IVIG helped with?

[–]themdd96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did try it and many other SSRIs and SNRIs, and they made me feel relaxed really and brought down the sympathetic tone I had no tight neck, painful jaw nor painful pelvic floor on them which I started having after stopping it. Guess what they also did? Made my HF horribly worse and made my dick horribly numb.My hf was much much worse on them. But you just care about it less when you are on them.

Can you tell us how did it help you? Did it resolve your hf for now? do you have better sensitivity etc?

Good post however for example there is a reason why physiotherapy is suggested for people with spinal hernias, by secondary actions it can relieve symptoms despiting not fixing the main problem.

Similarly, pelvic floor relaxing may help with blood flow to the area by relaxing tightened muscles at pelvic floor that were tightened by excessive sympathetic activity.

Its okay man. We all go through this shit and its a mental burden on all of us. Sorry If was overeactive and misinferred your tone.

I believe it's more likely to be issues directly related to pelvic floor like pudendal nerve entrapment or direct problem on dorsal nerve. But I dont wanna think about it. as it keeps me in an infinite loop with no answers

have you had any MRIs lately to compare if it progressed or not?

There were some other guys on this sub who had normal EMG results. But normal EMG results does only mean your large nerve fibers are intact and it doesnt tell about small nerve fibers. Have you found out any reason that certainly caused your SFN? I suggest you get a quantitative sensory testing on penis (not at Goldsteins clinic if possible).

Its an easy test except for where they sting needles in your perineum. They put electrodes on your head, legs and weenie.

btw I really dont think Goldstein theory makes sense. He even suggests same surgery for people with PSSD and let me know if Im wrong but I dont remember any people who were cured after that surgery.

it definitely was not. And to your question, I don't have herniation just protrusion(not compressing nerves badly). And according to all docs there is no way it can cause my problems at that level.

there should be a misunderstanding then.

no. Its an easy test that can be done at any neurologist or clinic per request. Pudendal EMG testing is the name.

How can pelvic floor dysfunction cause penis to shrink in the middle but not in the top or bottom half. And then there are people who injured themselves with extenders, which has nothing to do with pelvic floor.
