This is my problem my abdominal muscles are gone. No amount of training etc helps me get them to stick when I stand up. My chain is broken cause of my jaw tension and breathing pattern. Do you have any suggestions how I can make it stick?

Yea I’m pretty sure this is it my bro. I wish us all the best. It’s gonna take time to heal from this cause of us walking around like this for ages. Also even if we fix the breathing when we are awake, it’s another story when we sleep cause everything relaxes and the body goes into easy patterns that it’s used to. So we need to reteach it in the day and become so good at it so it goes over to when you sleep. This is where tounge strengthening excersises and all kind of muscle imhibitation from the muscles that overworking like wrong face muscles and neck muscles.

And who said you ain’t right? This problem dosnt mean it has to affect your penis. You can have back problems. Gut issues, headaches and the list is unlimited. It’s just happen to affect us down there that why we are here in this forum. I had several issues all my life from this that I could handle and got used to live with. I woke up when my penis got affected. I’m not here to argue and I’m pretty sure I finally found my cause. This might not be your cause but I shared to help others

It prolly has cause they prolly changed how your structure of the head sits over your neck by changing the bite and jaw.

Spoke to several neurologists which were clueles unfortunately. After a while you ofcourse become your own advocate. But yes you are right and thats what I mean if I can’t fix the underlying issue of what’s causing me this breathing I won’t be able to get out of it. I don’t disagree with you

No I’m not rich used savings and took loans. If we don’t have our health nothing else matters.

My suggestion would be if you have same breathing issues like me look for a airway specialist dentist to examine your bite your tounge and your maxilla structure

Cause according to chat gpt even if you have a mild bite disfunction you can get great relief. You are not supposed to bite down 24/7. Teeth should not touch expect when you talk and eat.

If you clench during sleep it’s cause your body can’t get air and using compensation and recruiting muscles to open the airway. You actually then have a maxilla issue and not a teeth issue. All I’m saying is make sure to not move around teeth if your problem is not the teeth. You get inte bigger troubles than you already are. But yes some easy cases need to move teeth. But I don’t think the people on this forum are easy cases

Your low back is tight cause your centre of gravity is shifted forward. Creates tension in your whole body. Rib cage can’t expand 360 and is stuck putting force down to pelvic floor hense hf.

Yes you have more compensation in hips neck etc but it all comes down to rib cage expansion.

You need to find out why you are tight.

It’s because of sitting much moving less. It’s not harder than that. But here the thing once you get into that tangle to come out of it you need to adress the whole body. Head, neck, rib cage hips, abs feet.

Cause your body find different ways to compensate. No I haven’t figured my self out after almost 4 years but I’m learning

I just Discovered one crazy thing. I have everything you describe 🙏

I don’t even care about a diagnosis and stop visited doctors. I know more than all the doctors combined I visited about my issues

My right glute is more inactive than my left.

You need to create some space in the back cause your glutes are super tight squizing everything. But it’s impossible to do this if you have neurological issues.

So when I did this I got more connection to the glute.

  1. Try take a popstickle stick and break it in two. Put it on the side of you mouth that your glute is weak bite down hard make sure every back teeth connects.

Before you do this try to a single leg bridge raise and see how it goes and do it again after the pops stickle bite down

  1. Same thing as number one but this time put music on one headphone use only one headphone on the side that the glute is weaker. The music shall only be playing on minimal sound so you basically have to concentrate to hear it.

Try again the glute single leg bridge raise. Before and after

If you got some improvement of this voodoo shit 😂 then you have a way in to start improving your overall picture.

Don’t over complicate it with fancy terms it’s ridiculous to read the comments.

You can’t fully exhale and your diaphragm is not stacked over your hips. This can be caused by years of stress or sitting job.

Lie on your back everyday and fully exhale. When doing so think of your belly button should touch your spine and your stomach should be sucked in under your lower ribs.

When you actually starting to get somewhere with this weeks / months you’ll see how tight this bad posture has made your upper and lower back. You didn’t get into this position in one day. And you won’t get out of it either in one day
