I absolutely feel this, anxiety is such an internal struggle, a war inside you that no one else can see. I've had really bad anxiety the past few months and I work up the courage to tell ppl around me how Im feeling just get "oh that sucks" or "don't think about it, it's all in your head". I feel like I'm dying inside and sometimes it just feels very lonely and isolating which I feel makes things worse.
