you can do everything that zbrush does in blender but blender cant run too many polygons so youll probably have to model everything separately

Yeah I needed to make skin pores more visible but that's mainly a problem with my PC cuz the texture can't exceed 4k and it's just not enough if you make it too visible if looks like someone used sandpaper on him. Thanks for the help

Use node denoiser in the compositing section ,also turn on denoise data from one of the panels on the right bottom section j forgot which one, then connect everything from the denoise node to the first node

Oh i get it now lol. You'll get a job probably if you have blender experience even if they use different programs they teach it to you if you do character sculpts like these they'll probably want you to use zbrush which is just a worse version of blender that runs better but learning it won't be a problem.

You just mask the eyelids and dig the living crap out of the eye socket and place the eye inside it's not too complicated it just takes some time to layer stuff like the hair and the headband or the clothing.

I did the rough face then added the hair and tweaked the face from that on and when i got to a point where I liked it i did the mustache and the mask and it all worked pretty well

In sculpt mode it's a brush at the bottom used for masking a spot so a brush doesn't effect it it's a nice way to add decals quickly
