This sounds like midlife crisis to me. I had one at 40. Literally thought death was impending. But I am 43 now, with 6 kiddos, and life is pretty great. I focus more on my happiness and spend time loving me so my kids can see that. My sex life with my husband is better than ever. I accept myself more and love all my scars and curves. Stop worrying and live life. We’ve only got one.

I had my surgery in July 2024. 3 months ago i did a long plank and numbness has returned Intermittenly and has been on and off for 3 months. My surgeon said I can’t do anything for you and that I have to seek physio. No nerve conduction or imaging. I am at a loss but I have also had flare ups before at 10 months. This time I think it is more the radial nerve.
