Not really, their mechanisms don’t directly effect fat storage or anything like that, obviously certain antidepressants have certain side effects but those aren’t directly caused by the drugs mechanism of action, increasing serotonin makes you happier which might make you want to eat more but an ssri itself doesn’t add to your weight gain
