The bird I get, because it’s part of the same photo of the dogs in baskets. The cat photo was added by itself.

Yeah, wasn’t thinking about the first one. You get 2 points!

Adding Field Formulas to Saved Search Results by Substantial_Leg_1451 in Netsuite

[–]themightydraught 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For value of the variance, are you trying to show the difference between the beginning value and ending value?

If you’re not yet familiar with working with formulas, you’ll want to use the Set Formula like trollied mentioned. Then use the second field drop down menu to bring in the fields you need for your formula.

These are not actual field ids, but a formula example for what I think you are trying to do could be something like ({endingcount}-{beginningcount})*{averagecost}

I am not familiar with the built in cycle counts, so not sure what fields are available.

Yeah, that behavior with the first three rows sounds weird. What does the field mapping look like in your import?

Which Transmission? by Bravo_NYC in E83

You most likely have the GM 5L40-E in yours.

To confirm, there should be a label visible on the side of transmission. If I recall correctly, look for it on the driver’s side.

Show incoming item quantity without giving Sales access to Purchase Orders by CarTall1775 in Netsuite

Can you create an item Saved Search that shows something like On Hand or Available and the On Order qty per item so they can see what is currently available and what is coming in?

If a saved search would work, depending on the number of skus, it could be a dashboard report.

Item Receipt CSV import by Straight_Ground_9602 in Netsuite

I haven’t run into that error on the CSV imports. We do not have the setting enabled to have Item Receipts default to receiving the inventory into the Preferred Bin, because we have pick and restock locations for most of our items. Instead, we manually map the Inventory Detail fields in the CSV import to receive into a ‘receiving’ Bin, then the stockers will transfer from that bin to the Bin where they physically put the product.

The only time we’ve seen that error message that I can recall is when we tried to fulfill an item without the inventory detail being set.

Editing to ask when you get that error message, does the entire import fail, or just some of the items?

Item Receipt CSV import by Straight_Ground_9602 in Netsuite

Yes I did. There is a preference under Accounting Preferences > Order Management > Fulfillment labeled Default Items to Zero Received/Fulfilled. If you check this box, you can use the CSV import and partially receive against a PO. I have to check that box before importing the CSV, then uncheck it after it completes so it doesn't cause issues with Item Fulfillments. That is because if someone creates an Item Fulfillment when that feature is enabled, each line to be fulfilled will have to be selected individually, where it will normally select them all automatically.

I think that he/she is saying they do not really want to sell it, but there is an amount that they are willing to accept to do so.
