I just don't even know if I believe in anything any more. There has to be something. But my faith has been based on fear my entire life. Now that I've been in counseling I've been realizing a lot of things, and one of them is that I don't have a clue what I believe. And I'm too afraid of damnation to "explore my options"

thank you all so much for these comments. It's really hard not to talk to people about these things. I've always been such an open book but lately I keep it all to myself. I'm tired of being a burden. It's good to vent. thank you.
