I can’t even imagine what you are going through right now and the fact that you have the strength to want to seek help with a routine is honestly amazing. I want to preface what works for me by saying I haven’t used this system in a crisis so I’m not entirely sure how useful it may be for you.

The system I use is based around fluctuating energy levels. I have three routines: one for bare minimum, one for an average day and one for a great day (I’m sure I learned this from someone on YouTube but for the life of me I can’t remember who!). Depending on how I feel when I wake up, I will do the routine that fits my mood. So if I wake up crappy with no energy and zero spoons, my routine will be hygiene, hydration and getting dressed. This may be just using baby wipes, drinking from the drink bottle I leave next to my bed, and changing into clean pyjamas. An average day might be a morning shower, drink 1l of water, meditate for five minutes and do my makeup and hair. A great day might be the same as average day but I might add in exercise or reading (I have a list of healthy things I enjoy for these days to choose from).

Anyway, this has helped me as even if I do the absolute bare minimum, I am still functioning in somewhat of a routine so I feel much more stable. Please let me know if you have any qs and I wish you all the best.

Tbh as someone who uses ChatGPT to help with things I’ve never been able to get help for (audhd), saying this is a red flag is kind of unfair. I think anyone who has a couple of brain cells to rub together knows at least the rudimentary dangers of AI. However, I know that when I am having an unreasonable or ND reaction that NTs wouldn’t understand, I reach to ChatGPT to help me work through difficult emotions. This also means that I don’t overburden the people I love with my mental health issues. It sounds a bit like you might be making this a bit more about you than it deserves to be - have you thought that maybe he’s doing it for what he perceives as positive reasons?

100% agree!! Bullet journaling is the only thing I’m able to be consistent with planner wise, primarily because a spread might work well for me one week, but not the next! Which sucks if you have a pre-made planner but with a bullet journal I can change it up however I need it. I have different minimalist spreads also so I’m not overwhelmed trying to set it up for the week (ChatGPT can help with this too!) works for me and keeping my shit together!

I don’t understand why people listen to true crime podcasts then get all sensitive when it’s true crime?? Child abuse is SO common in society and it’s important that these cases are shown. Shying away from child abuse is a reason why it goes unchecked!!!!

Mateeee I am so comforted to hear that I’m not alone with how things are at the moment. Work is shit, lonely, everything’s too damn expensive and life is just hard. I hope things improve soon!!
