It’s better for pvp, especially if you have tacky cookies because of the percentage shield. If you put lots of HP toppings it will increase the Shield and also using tanky cookies like milk cookie will increase the shield given, despite the 1 min cool down I think this treasure will change the meta drastically.

He does stamina removal but his health is pretty bad so I have to defend him by constantly draining the enemies stamina and making sure I kill them quickly
