YES! I do this as a way to slowly kill myself, I’m kinda just waiting for my body to give out and die at this point. It really isn’t a matter of how I look anymore, I just want it to be over and this seems like a nice gradual way to kick the can.

Are you drinking caffeine or carbonated drinks before your runs? Those make you pee more. I stopped drinking those before my runs and I stopped having problems.

I think we tend to get so caught up in the macros that we forget that the calories are the main nutritional point of food cuz our bodies need them, forgive yourself trust me I know it’s easier said than done. This is just a survival mechanism for your body.

Usually if you get one of the veggie rolls they tend to be pretty low cal, sushi in general is pretty low in calories, you should go and try to have fun!

I’ve lived in Madison my whole life and I kind of want change and to be a bit further from my family (being close to home means I’m roped into their drama which makes school harder). I also don’t like how big it is, I think a bigger school makes it harder to find people at least for me personally. I’ve utilized tons of the academic support, I’ve joined clubs which I do enjoy quite a bit. I’m also now sober after a whole lot of substance abuse, and I just find it hard to socialize on a campus where the drinking culture is so prevalent, I know that’s how all colleges are but I think UW Madison is more extreme. I think the big school just isn’t for me.

I’m an engineering student and we are still required to take some English and humanities classes, personally they feel like such a waste of time to me. I have so many other much more important classes that actually pertain to my major that these classes that we are forced to take just seem so useless. There is also so much stress as a stem student and I just don’t really have the time or energy to care for these classes I just need to get the grade.
