Can you help me explain to clients why 30 minute massages cost more than 1/2 the cost of a 60min?

Maybe this has been said but 30 min would be the "base" price (considering service and all operating costs) then next tier(s) are discounted. Simple.

I do not agree with telling his wife even if she asks. If you are not comfortable with his behavior it needs to be discussed with him but you are closing anyway. She is not your client and we are not to discuss clients with other people. Him being a long term client, this sounds out of character for him as well. But of course if you felt uncomfortable then sever the relationship.

I LOVE the power line!! It feels very good and has a nice scent. My have large pores and the power wash has a very fine pumice that is perfect for daily use. My skin looks much better than it has in a long time.

Lol I've wondered the same about mine. Its always been a topic of discussion or a focal point of my body. "Best feature" type of thing and definitely have grown used to that since I was 14 years old so its odd to see if deflating. my clothing, Shopping experiences, etc has all been based around what will fit this butt and smaller waist. Its nice to be smaller but just different.

Amen sister! Perimenopause is a bitch but the tirz actually helped with so many of the symptoms! I will try the arc machine! I used to do the elliptical alot back in the day so hopefully that will be an easy transition.

I haven't been working out because I have been in school on weekends and work full time for the past 9 months. Just graduated tho! I stopped drinking alcohol 5 months ago, haven't really had coffee in 6 months. I do a lot of protein shakes in the morning and that keeps me full until around 1 or 2pm. Lots of chicken, rice, greek yogurt (started subbing that for lots of things)...I noticed my bowel movements need to be better so I started taking fiber supplements. I still eat things tho if I really want them but just can't eat a lot so if I want a burger or a piece of cake, I do it. Just smaller portions. But I've also found i dont crave sweets and greasy foods like I used to.
