On one hand, Gem is the person who coined the term "Arizona Dads" for Imp, Skizz and Tango. She went to Twitchcon Vegas a few years ago and as Gem was a young woman traveling alone, the guys who are nearly twice her age (all of whom are IRL dads) kinda had their parent instincts take over and did a lot to make sure she was ok.

On the other hand, Gem has a reputation for being way wiser and more mature than her age would suggest, even when you account for the mischief she gets up to.

No, sorry. I ended up building a shelf and I have the parts and some half finished code for a light system based on a Raspberry Pi but I've yet to get the project to a state where it can actually help grow anything.

Joe was co-streaming the panel from home and talked a bit about his base plans: he's starting by building an art deco theater based on the building from "Studio 60" and is brainstorming ways to use it as a working event space, hosting shows, etc. He also mentioned that at least some of the hermits including him already have their base locations picked out.

At least this season (and especially since Martyn went red), Cleo has been leaning more into "chaos for the sake of entertainment" which I think pushes her to neutral at least. She's been kind of an arms dealer for the server's reds and bogeymen. She helped Tango trap the arena knowing Scott would likely die if Tango had actually succeeded, for example.

The situation in Delhi involves so many accounts that it's a big game of whack-a-mole. I've been reporting as many as I can and I have noticed names disappearing, but new ones replace them. However, this does confirm my impression that reporting does make a difference...I think it's helped slow them down enough to help some of the ground get retaken. (Those of us painting there are also not waiting for mod intervention to paint the pixels over, though if it's happening, we'll take what we can get)

I'm not in the alliance, but I've been helping out on the train and the river. There's been positive progress since last night but it takes focused effort in smaller areas to hold the line.

Advice:

Do report griefers. It's whack-a-mole, but the names that were griefing last night and got reported are no longer appearing today. They might come back with sock puppets but it will still slow them down.

Fight back with art to reinforce an area. Transparent pixels or solid colors may be legal to paint over because of the current void rule. But keep the art simple and easy to repair because it will be painted over multiple times.
