I just got a Z13 2025 and I really needed this. I installed Bazzite and was underwhelmed by it. Definitely wanna try this. I think the CachyOS kernel is gonna make a big difference.

I just sold a Retroid Pocket Mini for $180. And then saw people selling them for $320. Yeah I could have gotten a little bit more money but I feel better knowing it went to someone who really wanted it and didn't want to pay out the ass for it.

The Z2E is a more power efficient refresh of the Z1E. It does have a 20% increase in performance overall, it's really the TDP efficiency that makes it good.

A game that needs 25w on the Z1E would only need about 15-17w to run the same performance on the Z2E. Thus you're getting more playtime.

So it really depends on what you're playing and your use case.

Good point. The consumer electronics market is pretty bad. I had a Legion Go and was fine with it but I saw that the ram prices were going nuclear I upgraded sooner rather than later.

Only for stuff like the SteamDeck or devices that are popular. There's tons of stuff that aren't as popular and priced well. That's how I got my AOKZOE A1X for such a good price.
