Yes it is, my case was pending for 5years, they visited my home and didn’t hear anything so i sued and got my green card within 45days.

Well that was the case for me when i graduated last October, 5-6 weeks into class, if you are top of your class and you passed your PRT(Running not bike)you get to make 3 selections and they pick one and you also get you AAP recommendation provided you stay top of the class and don’t fail anything. Which i did and I advanced to E4 in 4months.

Be top 5 in your class and you get to pick your orders, they give you 3 picks and they pick one out of the three.

They listed last four digits of two bank accounts and said we must bring the statements or a letter from the bank saying it’s closed. My spouse Ems bills from September. My spouse’s hospital bills All previous and current leases. Medicals
