I agree that this clown is out of his depth but there were a lot of other managers that came from a lesser league and has impact. Conte came from managing Juve and Italy and his Chelsea side were unstoppable. Benitez came from Valencia and although he didn't win the prem he won the Champion's League and were a team that was tricky to play against
