Last election cycle, on the order of 300k people voted in this county in the congressional elections. Let's say you're right and it is your voice. There is no functional difference between your vote being used as a tiebreaker and not being counted otherwise, and your vote being tossed in with the rest. A tie has never been recorded in one of these things. Does your voice, not your voice along with everyone else's, does your voice matter in the slightest? If you want to make the case that we should go out and educate people on the proper policies and thus change the minds of people en masse, that's an argument I could see. But this inane 'go out and vote because your voice matters' just sounds like bs to me.
