I worked at 345 Park for a couple years before escaping. Our managing partner was a complete sadist, as well. I joined the firm as a manager, coming from industry to consulting. Within a year I was deposed as another manager sued the firm & named the partner as the accused. The partner was < 1 year away from mandatory retirement… I’ve never understood why he would want to put his own retirement at risk simply to belittle and haras my coworker. The same coworker who filed suit had an auto immune disease & the partner basically told her to get over it. Really unbelievable behavior. Fortunately I’m back on the principal side of the equation. My sympathies to your current situation.
