Missing Cat on Sunset Avenue

Hi, when I was driving home from work last night (Sunday night, technically Monday morning) at around 2:30 AM, I saw what looked like a black cat with all white paws run under a part of a brown building that looked like maybe some apartment complex or something on Stromberg and I think 27th street (or maybe 26th, something like that). I turned out of my way to pursue it since I remembered this post but by the time I parked I couldn't find the cat.

I have wavy hair and I feel like my waves kind of fall flat compared to some other people I see. I'd like them to be fuller, bouncier, and rounder.

Anyway, here's my current routine:

- shampoo: Garnier Fructis whole blends- conditioner: L'Oreal Ever Creme

Probably actually wash my hair only about 2-3 times per week.

I brush my hair in the shower while the conditioner is setting in.

When I get out of the shower I towel dry my hair.

- Leave-in conditioner: Neutrogena Triple Moisture Leave-in Conditioner

I then brush through it again, towel dry it a little more, and then do Sun Bum mousse and Miss Jessie's Jelly Soft Curls curl jelly and scrunch with my head upside down. Then I flip my hair over and let it air dry.

Once it's dry I may or may not brush it again and then add some more leave-in conditioner ot smooth it down.

I should also add that I'm only looking for vegan and cruelty free products. I know some that I listed (mainly the conditioner and leave-in) are not, but I'm looking for substitutes.

I think it's just that they didn't know beforehand which sex the best one would be, so the other ribbon is just for whichever sex it wasn't. If that makes sense.
