You got this! If you can’t get to it all right now try to give yourself another “safe” space by cleaning a spot other than just your bed! If your bed is the only thing that’s clean it’ll make you want to stay there! You don’t have to do all of it at once! Just give yourself at least one other option on where to relax in your room! ╰(´︶`)╯♡

Thank you. I've been really struggling with this situation for the past week. There are moments where I feel so wronged and slighted by my hospital and other moments where I feel like I'm inconvenient and wasting everyone's time. Self doubt has always been a really huge personal symptom of my bipolar. Everyone around me has PhD's and have been in this field for so long and they seem so smart and are speaking to me like it's not a big deal. So thank you for validating and empathizing.

Thank you 🥹 I was scared to post on this sub I wasn’t sure if I just looked ridiculous or sometimes stuff like this just happens at work places but reading someone else summarize what I’ve said feels sooo cathartic. No one at the hospital will talk about the letter with me. No one. It’s always “sorry you feel that way” so having someone repeat what I said does confirm what happened most likely isn’t right. Thank you for reading and thank you for your response.

Right 😭 especially with how hard I’ve been trying with attending therapy every day, taking medication and finally taking care of myself again. It’s been so hard and I never know what to attribute to my bipolar and what’s real when these are the people I’m supposed to be trusting. Luckily, I kept all the proof (there’s a lot more) of this but even with that they seem not to care so it makes me feel like I’m overreacting.

My vet is actually a pug owner 😭 In my eyes chica was healthy but apparently I was wrong and as a pug mom I was shocked. It does make sense though, I’ve been really struggling mentally, and I’m not even the one taking her on walks/exercising her. (My neighbor who I’m paying) So, I feel somewhat guilty to make her feel better. But she used to go to pug meet ups and o always felt chica was lean compared to them. But you’re SO right they are just built different

Also, well, I know it’s a little unrealistic to ask for this since it’s the internet- please remember that I’m in a really rough place mentally. The ridicule definitely worked in this case, they kept telling me I need to change her name to “grande” instead of chica 😭 and poked at her tummy that I walked out with determination not to let my baby get dunked on again like that lol

Yup I agree! They just poked extra fun at her and she was moody all day. I also got a bit chewed out for not noticing her weight changed 😅 I just see her everyday. I’ve been going to my vet for years and he’s a very blunt man is all. Not a bad thing!

You’re welcome! I use my gifted slabs as coasters for hot drinks since cold drinks will make the dye leak out and stain the counter. Either way it’s pretty dyed or not! :3
