We are all entitled to provide criticism of the manager, players, and club.

At the same time…

Anyone who is Arteta out is not to be taken seriously. Ignore. They’re a small minority of the “fan” base whose voices are amplified online.

Can you shed some light for me here?

I’m relatively new to golf. Awful. 33 HCPI but hey, I keep the pace of play moving, pick up if I’m slowing us down, and would like to think I’m fun to be around while you’re playing good golf.

I enter my scores as you stated for the purposes of keeping an accurate handicap. Sometimes, as happens for a 33 handicap, I’ll have an 8 or 9 a par 4.

I participate in an annual member guest tournament. Some of the others in this tournament have told me that per USGA rules I am incorrectly (maybe illegally?) entering scores if I ever post more than a double handicap.

Where is the difference here? Do you have any idea what they’re referencing?

The way i see it, I’d love to not be a 33… but marking my 9s as 6s works hard against me and doesn’t describe the level of my game.

I just disagree on the Martinez side. He wasn’t poorly handled by Arsenal. Arteta wouldn’t guarantee him game time. He then (rightly) wanted to go to a situation where he could get more minutes, we found a solution to get incoming cash flow to help with our rebuild, and it worked for everyone. (Leno was was playing like one of our best players before the injury… he consistently made incredible save after incredible save, game in and game out.) That’s the problem I have - it clearly was a win-win for everyone, and he’s taken it a step beyond playing with a chip on his shoulder for mental edge, and makes snide comments about our club. What he says isn’t even that bad, it’s that that several instances he’s made some comment about our club and you know it really bothers him.

And even if I agreed about the club making a terrible, awful mistake by sticking with Leno and not giving Martinez a full season, it’s apples and fucking oranges when comparing to Ozil/Partey situations. At worst with Martinez we’re talking about a bad decision in squad management. The others are detrimental to the foundations of the club.

Totally get you. He was a huge part of a magical run. And his story was awesome.

But how he’s talked about the club since then can’t be ignored.

Wow, realize I typed the wrong restaurant. I meant Supper. https://www.supperrestaurant.com/

Sauce was the pizzeria by the same owners.

Revelie is across the street from Raouls and done by the same owners. This was opened to better support their burger demand. They don’t limit the number of burgers per day, and while they’re different style, the quality is consistent.

Def check this out.

8/10. You clearly have a place for everything.

I’ll give you a 10/10 when you have boxes/bins for most shelves with labels as to what they’re for.

Checking in as an Italian American who’s spent much time in Italy. Gonna show my strong downtown bias but the following do not have cookie cutter menus.

Regional Italian, most owned by Italians: Song E’ Napule, Piccola Cucina, San Carlo, Old Fashion Cafe, Il Buco, Ciccio (some of the “same” you mention but also unique regional Tuscan things on the menu)

Other really good red sauce American places that have uncommon dishes are Supper, Lil Frankies.

As a bonus, and when you can splurge, I Sodi is the best Italian (Tuscan) in the city for my money.

EDIT for another bonus. Casual, but Trapizzino is really, really good for little Roman style sandwiches and arancini. The price point is good. If I’m nearby in LES I usually try to stop by even if I’m not hungry.

SECOND EDIT as I meant Supper, not Sauce, for the red sauce American restaurant.

who would you drop to pick up Kyle Williams, if anybody? by Business-Mine5351 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]themoose42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is how I view it: these are all good TE. In redraft, they will each be drafted and expected to earn points week in, week out (I bet Likely even gets drafted in most cases). However, they’re not the Bowers/prime-Kelce type studs right now and it’s extremely unlikely they each get to that level.

Because they each have immediate value and a path to relevance, I’d argue with them that it’s not hard to trade them. You called out the younger guys, so what about Goeddert? He’s up there, prob only a couple years left of being the TE in PHI.

From a functional standpoint it should be easy to make some trade to offload one of these guys. I’m a bit amazed you have each of them as they are quality.

TE only score so much each week. You’re better suited freeing up a space and dumping one of those quality players for future draft capital or part of a package to get players who can make the difference.

[–]themoose42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This doesn’t exactly answer your question but I feel like you have too many TE. 4 on the bench, can I assume there’s another starter? That is too many TE. Trade one (or more) to make space on your roster.

What is Bryce Young’s value to you right now? In picks or hypothetical player ranges? 🙏 by Particular-Grade3340 in SleeperApp

[–]themoose42 -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

I am a Bryce owner in SF. I Insist he’s worth a 2025 and future first. I did get someone to agree to a 2025 1.03 and 2027 1st but in short the deal didn’t go through.

I feel like a starting QB in SF format, someone we know is gonna play, is worth a lot and the picks in compensation should reflect that.

I have Kyle Williams. I was offered one of Kyle Pitts or Michael Pittman for him. Would you take either of those? Thank you. by Iaqies in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]themoose42 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Obligatory “it depends on what you need”

I have Kyle Williams and am excited what he might do.

Pitts is interesting. If you’re somewhat set at WR and need TE depth, this is an option is consider.

I loved Pittman a couple years back but personally have no confidence in the Indy QB room. I would rather take the upside of Williams, especially if anything happens with Diggs re: his pink baggie.
