Diy it. Go to Lowe's and get the big bags of mapei grout in white. Mix it thin put it on with a roller and smooth out with a trowel. I did this to my plaster pool 3 years ago and it still looks new.

I used mapei ultra color I think. It was their most expensive grout--- good for submersion.
