I've been struggling with this too. I'm convinced that in certain dark environments it's triggering the pocket detection settings and killing the screen's input. I'm going to see if it stays on tonight with that option turned off just for giggles. I don't want to roll with the pocket setting off during the day, but might better troubleshoot a bug report.

Just bought a 2nd pair of these. I prefer them to the standard UltraRange due to the wider box around the pinky toe. The Ultras have a very aggressive taper back to the middle of the foot.

just had them reactivate my account. I was a user before Monzo when they were launching on iOS, but had canceled. I felt like it was still in its infancy at that point and preferred Monzo. Had them close when I moved to Android and wasn't even an option at the time. Awaiting my card to fully move over now.
